Holistic Psychotherapy
Constellation Psychology is a depth-oriented psychotherapy practice grounded in the understanding that human experience is shaped by relational, somatic, and symbolic patterns that unfold over time.
At Constellation Psychology, we offer holistic psychotherapy that honors the wisdom of the nervous system, the unconscious, and the rhythms that shape human experience.
Our work integrates depth psychology, EMDR, somatic approaches, and astrology to support healing, self-understanding, and meaningful transformation. We value presence, curiosity, and compassion—creating space for individuals to reconnect with their inner world, restore balance, and move toward greater wholeness and authenticity.

PHILOSOPHYConstellation Psychology is a depth-oriented psychotherapy practice grounded in the understanding that human experience is shaped by relational, somatic, and symbolic patterns that unfold over time. The work is guided by the belief that healing emerges not through correction or insight alone, but through integration — when thoughts, emotions, bodily responses, and meaning are allowed to come into relationship with one another.
The approach is integrative and relational, drawing from depth psychology, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and nervous system–based modalities. Therapy attends to both conscious experience and unconscious process, honoring the body as a primary source of information while remaining open to symbolic language as a way of organizing and making sense of inner life.
Constellation Psychology values presence, attunement, and curiosity, creating a steady and compassionate space for individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relational patterns, life transitions, and questions of identity and meaning. The work supports greater coherence and capacity over time, inviting a deeper connection to one’s inner world and a more grounded, authentic way of being in relationship with others.
